4. AI evaluation limitations
Aver is intended to support a defined model-change evaluation. Any result is limited to the cases, settings, metrics, reviewers, and policy used in that evaluation. A passing result does not guarantee that a model, agent, or application will be error-free, safe, compliant, or suitable for every production condition. Users remain responsible for testing, review, monitoring, deployment, and compliance decisions.
5. Eligibility and acceptable use
The website is intended for adults who can enter a binding agreement. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, send malicious content, infringe others’ rights, misrepresent your identity, or use the site in violation of law.
