Kova Systems (“Kova Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops evidence-centered software, including Aver and PrepIEP. This notice applies to the Kova Systems public website and messages sent to our general contact addresses.

Basic technical information
This website does not install analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting, domain, email, security, or content-delivery providers may nevertheless process standard technical records such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and security logs as part of operating their services.
3. Information you should not send
Do not send student education records, IEPs, evaluations, disability or health information, information identifying a child, government identifiers, financial account information, passwords, API keys, confidential production data, or other sensitive information through the public website or general email.
4. Children and student information
The Kova Systems website is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website. PrepIEP is available at prepiep.com and has its own product terms and privacy practices.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through this website, contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, delete it.
