No sensitive uploads
Do not submit student records, health information, production secrets, API keys, or confidential customer data through this site or its email-based contact form.
Minimal collection
The contact form opens the visitor’s email client. Kova Systems receives only what the visitor chooses to send. A hosting provider may still process standard request logs.
Separate product controls
Any pilot that handles customer prompts, outputs, or documents should use a product-specific agreement, privacy notice, data-flow review, retention policy, and access controls.
Responsible disclosure
Report a security concern.
Provide enough detail to reproduce the issue, but do not include personal records or exploit unrelated systems.
Please include the affected page or product, a concise description, reproduction steps, and the potential impact. Do not publicly disclose an unresolved issue before Kova Systems has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
